The Basic plan covers the essential materials for comfortable, full-time living. It’s easy to transport to a new location. And you can add on to it later for more living room.

The 40-foot option provides twice as much living space. Therefore, it is the best value for the space you get, and the most popular length in modular sustainable container homes. It is a great option for singles, couples and people with 1-2 small children.
It is fully functional for comfortable living, and yet can be transported to a new location if you ever decide to move.
And you can add on to it later, either stacking another container on top, or setting it to one side.
It comes with the same finishings as the 20-foot Basic model.
